The Punjab Environment Protection Agency (EPA) has officially extended the validity of green emission stickers issued to vehicles across the province, giving motorists additional time to comply with environmental and emissions regulations.

According to a public notice issued by EPA Punjab, green stickers that were previously set to expire on December 31, 2025 will now remain valid until June 30, 2026. Authorities clarified that the extension applies only to already issued green stickers and does not announce a new deadline for obtaining fresh stickers.

The decision aims to provide relief to vehicle owners while the province continues to strengthen its emissions monitoring framework. Punjab’s Environment Protection and Climate Change Department has reiterated its commitment to reducing vehicular pollution and improving air quality through systematic enforcement.
