Sindh Govt Launches Helpline for E-Challan Queries
The Sindh government has launched a dedicated helpline to help citizens easily access information related to traffic management and electronic challans (e-challans). The new service, Traffic Helpline 1915, was inaugurated by Inspector General of Police Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon in Karachi.
The helpline aims to simplify the process of checking e-challan details and resolving traffic-related concerns without the need to visit police offices. Officials said the initiative is part of broader efforts to modernize public services and improve communication between citizens and traffic authorities.
The inauguration took place at the Central Police Office, alongside the opening of the SSP Traffic South Office at Artillery Maidan. Senior officers, including the Additional IG Karachi, DIGs of Traffic and Training, and other officials, were present at the event.
